Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Mountain Miner Co. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

1. Return Window

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the items are in original, unused condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Clearance, final sale, or heavily discounted items clearly marked as non-returnable.
  • Items that have been opened, used, installed, altered, or show signs of wear.

3. Condition for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in perfect resalable condition, and free from damage, dirt, or signs of use.
  • All original packaging, tags, manuals, and included accessories must be returned.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer support at contact@mountainminerco.com within 30 days of receipt.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  3. Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  4. Ship the item(s) back using a trackable shipping method to the address provided.

Returns sent without an approved RMA may be refused or delayed.

5. Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. Orders that qualified for free shipping will have a standard shipping fee deducted from the refund. This represents the cost of shipping the item to you. Shipping will only be refunded if the item was defective or we made an error.
  • Refunds for discounted or promotional purchases will reflect the actual amount paid.

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items. For other changes (size, color, model, etc.), please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

7. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will cover return shipping and either replace the item or issue a full refund.

8. International Orders

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes. Refunds cover only the product price (shipping fees are non-refundable).

9. Return Shipping Responsibility

Unless the return is due to our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using insured, trackable shipping.
