Warranty Policy

At Mountain Miner Co, we stand behind the quality of our products. This Limited Warranty applies to all products purchased directly from our website.

Warranty Period

Swing King: 1-Year Limited Warranty from the original date of purchase.

This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase is required for all claims.

What This Warranty Covers

We will repair or replace (at our sole discretion) any product that fails due to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use, in accordance with the product instructions.

What This Warranty Does NOT Cover

This limited warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, improper storage, or accidental damage
  • Modifications or repairs performed by unauthorized parties
  • Damage from exposure to extreme conditions beyond the product’s design
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
  • Consumable parts after normal use

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact our support team within the warranty period at contact@mountainminerco.com or via the contact form on our website. Include the word “WARRANTY” in the subject line of your email to us.
  2. Provide your order number, proof of purchase, photos of the issue, and a clear description of the problem.
  3. If required, ship the defective item back to us for inspection (you are responsible for return shipping costs).
  4. Once we approve the claim, we will repair or replace the product and ship it back to you (we cover shipping within the continental United States).

Note: Unauthorized repairs or opening of sealed components may void your warranty. Processing usually takes 7–14 business days after we receive the returned item.

Liability Limitation

To the extent permitted by law:

  • Mountain Miner Co. makes no additional express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, beyond this limited warranty.
  • Mountain Miner Co., its employees, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the product, including damage to devices connected to the product.
  • If any limitation is not permitted by law, Mountain Miner Co’s total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
